931 Haverford Office Building Refacade
Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania
931 Haverford Office Building is located between the upscale neighborhoods of Haverford and Bryn Mawr. Originally designed with a contemporary façade in the 1970s, its appearance had not maintained its modern look over time. The goal of the refacade was to change the appearance to something more traditional and reflective of the adjacent, affluent, mostly brick exterior, “Main Line” neighborhoods. The refacade features EIFS simulated brick and limestone to reflect the style of the area.
All of the windows were replaced with modern, black framed windows. In the center of both the front and rear entry, the existing windows were replaced with a large 2 story curtain wall, fitting into the arched frame. Below the two story curtain wall, the entry canopies were redesigned and simulated brick pillars were added for appearance.
