Audubon Village Refacade

Audubon, Pennsylvania

Audubon Village Shopping Center is a collection of retail additions from the 1960’s through the 1990’s that add up to over 120,000 square feet of rentable space.

The ultimate goal of the refaçade  for the center was to create a harmonious façade that extends between both of the buildings on site. In order to create a balance between the two buildings on site and to match the style of the Audubon area, local style stone, subtle arches, gabled roofs, and board and batten siding were utilized. This material palette and architectural style also give the center its contemporary look.

Audubon Village Shopping Center was an award winning project at the 15th Annual Pennsylvania SARA award and was featured in Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal Best of 2019 issue.
